The first man called Adam and his wife, created by God sinned and separated themselves from Him.
Gen 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
What Is Sin?
Sin is transgression, offense, separation, or rejection of God and His ways by man
As a result of the sin of Adam, which there is no record of him repenting, every human being born into this world was born a sinner
Rom 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned
What Are The Consequences Of The Sin Of Adam?
Apart from every human being a sinner by birth, Man lost the following:
1. Spiritual, Physical, and Eternal life.
God is a Spirit.
The man was created as a spirit but has a soul and was given a physical body with which he/she can live and relate with the earth
He was created in the image and likeness of God to relate with Him as a spirit because God is a Spirit
Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created them.
2. Communion With God
Men stopped having conversations with God because of sin
Isa 59:1 Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
Isa 59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, that he will not hear.
3. Full Dominion Over All Things
When God created Adam, He blessed him and gave man dominion over everything on the earth, sea, and the air but because of sin lost dominion over some things
Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:
and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Psa 8:4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
Psa 8:5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.
Psa 8:6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
Psa 8:7 All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
Psa 8:8 The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
4. Slave To Satan
Man became a slave to Satan as a result of disobeying God
2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Instead of man being the god of this world Satan is now the one reigning and ruling the life of men except those that have regained their freedom
5. God Consciousness
Many people have lost the fact that there is God.
Psa 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.
6. Power To Do Good
Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Gen 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
There are many wicked people on the earth today who care about their fellow human beings.
They have lost the ability to do good
They always think of evil continuously in their heart
7. Self Control
Have you realized that there are many people who have lost control of themselves?

8. God’s Glory
Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
All human beings came short of God’s glory because of sin!
God’s glory consists of His presence and character
9. Righteousness And Holiness
Men abandoned right living and were unholy
Eph 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
Eph 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
10. All Blessings Of Union With God
Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Rev 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Rev 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Rev 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Rev 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
What Is The Judgment For Sin?
Sin brought judgment upon humanity.
Suffering, hardship, and evil
God’s Wrath on Unrighteousness
Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed it unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Rom 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Rom 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Rom 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Rom 1:31 Without understanding, covenant-breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same but have pleasure in them that do them.
What Is The Remedy For Sin?
1. The Righteousness of God Through Faith Of Jesus Christ
Rom 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by the faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God
2. Being Justified Freely
Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus
3. Through Faith In His Blood
Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God
4. By Grace Through faith
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God
5. Whosoever Believeth In Him
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Who Is A Christian?
A Christian is that person who has:
- Repented of disobeying God and His commandments
- Accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Believes Christ rose from death
- Follows Jesus Christ’s way of life
Why You Should Become A Christian?
The first reason you must become a Christian is for your:
- Redemption from sin
- Reconciliation with God
- Restoration of everything Man lost due to sin
Let us go back to the bible again,
Redemption From Sin: Romans Chapter 3
23. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24. Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus
Redemption is the price Christ paid with his blood to set you free from the penalty of sin.
Reconciliation With God
- Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ
You are justified or declared righteous by faith in Christ and have peace with God.
Restoration Of Everything Man Lost Due To Sin
Man lost Spiritual, Physical, and Eternal life due to sin.

Any man that is not a Christian is dead spiritually, will die physically, and remain dead eternally.

Any man that is a Christian is alive spiritually, will die physically, and rise from the dead to live eternally with God!
What Are The Types Of Death?
Death means separation.
There are three types of death or separation.
1. The first type of death is Spiritual death.
Spiritual death means separation from God as a result of sin.
Adam separated himself from God
God is a Spirit.
Have you reconciled with God?
Do you have peace with God and Yourself?
2. The second type of death is Physical death.
Physical Death is the separation of the inner man (spirit and soul) from the physical body (outer man).
He was created in the likeness and image of God.
A physical body was made for him from the dust so that he/she can be able to live on the earth!
When a man dies physically, the spirit and the soul called the inner man leave the body.
The body returns to the dust or is buried in the ground.
The inner man leaves for heaven or hell to await judgment depending on your choice!!
3. The third type of death is eternal death.
Eternal death is when man rejects Christ and ultimately God forever.
Communion With God
When last did you communicate with your maker?
Have you ever spoken with God in prayer?

Jesus Christ himself is the word of God.
